Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Certain items such as personal care products, customized items, or clearance sales may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.
